" We decided to build a new home rather than buy an existing one for several reasons. First and foremost, we are very particular about what we want in a home. It was very important to us to have a design that suits how our family really lives, and we also wanted to take advantage of the benefits of the most up to date construction techniques, systems and materials. And naturally, we wanted genuine high quality construction.

Many of the guys who helped build our home knew Antoine well because they worked on many other homes he has built. 497-9925. We called that number dozens of times while our house was being built and Antoine answered the phone 99% of the time. The other 1% of the time he called back within 30 minutes. It would be an understatement to say that Antoine is available and approachable. It is very comforting to know that any questions or concerns we might have could be discussed with Antoine at any time. We never once felt like we had to compete with other clients for his attention. In fact, he treated us as if we were his only client while our house was being built even though we knew that was not the case.

In short, we are thrilled with our beautiful, exceptionally well-built new home. Between September and January we progressed from the concept of our dream home to living in it and from a business relationship with a builder to a friendship with Antoine Hanna.
