installation. This begins as soon as the concrete is cured. The
length of time to complete this process is determined by the size
of your home.
Mechanical roughs are complete. This is also called the "plumbing
top out", "HVAC rough" and "electrical rough".
All wires are pulled throughout the home, including cable outlets
and telephone lines.
Framing and mechanical inspections are done. Insulation and sheetrock
are complete. The taping, bedding, and texture of the interior walls
proceed at this stage.
Interior trim, brickwork, and garage door are complete. During this
stage interior painting and baseboard installation occurs. Cabinets,
hardware, and countertops are installed. The doors are now locked.
Mechanical trims, topcoat, and flatwork are complete. Toilets and
sinks are set. Patios and sidewalks are poured. All lighting and
ceiling fans are hung.
Final clean (interior and exterior), sod, landscaping and fencing
are complete. Before landscaping, the yards are cleaned and graded.
Final inspection and power meter set. The home is now ready for
the first walk through with the client.
