  Stage one:
When the home plan is finalized, a start memo is issued. Changes can no longer be made to your home plan. The lot is cleared and form boards are set. Over the next two-three weeks trenching and plumbing roughs are completed.

Stage two:
The foundation is poured. The slab will be poured following the approval of local officials and the Ritech designated engineer.

Stage Three:
Framing is complete. This includes the walls, roof decking and roofing installation. This begins as soon as the concrete is cured. The length of time to complete this process is determined by the size of your home.

Stage Four:
Mechanical roughs are complete. This is also called the "plumbing top out", "HVAC rough" and "electrical rough". All wires are pulled throughout the home, including cable outlets and telephone lines.

Stage Five:
Framing and mechanical inspections are done. Insulation and sheetrock are complete. The taping, bedding, and texture of the interior walls proceed at this stage.

Stage Six:
Interior trim, brickwork, and garage door are complete. During this stage interior painting and baseboard installation occurs. Cabinets, hardware, and countertops are installed. The doors are now locked.

Stage Seven:
Mechanical trims, topcoat, and flatwork are complete. Toilets and sinks are set. Patios and sidewalks are poured. All lighting and ceiling fans are hung.

Stage Eight:
Final clean (interior and exterior), sod, landscaping and fencing are complete. Before landscaping, the yards are cleaned and graded.

Stage Nine:
Final inspection and power meter set. The home is now ready for the first walk through with the client.
